Why Die Before You Really Live?

Steve Monko - Tuesday, May 10, 2016

Ever stop to consider why you accept things as they are?  Perhaps you feel
if only things were different I could start to (fill in the blank).

How many times have you done something you were uncomfortable with and
then later were thankful you did it?
To be quite honest, if you feel you are settling in any capacity in your life, how
does that make you feel?

Think about this….When was the last time you did something for yourself that
gave you more self-respect AND left you feeling more connected
to others?  A month....a year... 5 years...10 years...or longer?

Have you heard the saying, if you are not growing you are dying?  Trust me,
having lost some friends and loved ones recently and witnessing all
of the suffering, suffice it to say, it has hit very near to home!
If you knew an investment would give you 10x your money back, would you do it?
Of course you would!

So what is stopping you from venturing out and growing ?

There are 4 areas of our life which all need nurturing:
Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual.  When these areas are clicking on all
cylinders, things are running smoothly, and you feel on top of the world and at peace.

But when they are out of balance, you will feel angry, depressed, lack confidence, feel
unmotivated, blame others, and are incongruent with your values….

If you're angry, resentful, critical or judgmental , chances are you would LOVE to change
but doubt whether you can and have no idea how to start.

Good news!  Our approach to life may work for you if you're ready to do something new.
