Do you ever feel like you don't know how to juggle everything and be happy at the same time?
These last three days I've been feeling a little codependent and responsible for my daughter's
happiness. This is not the norm for me, and I don't like it.
I'm sure it's because I want her to want
to live with me rather than with her dad, and perhaps I'm feeling insecure and that I need to
This is showing up in my feelings more so than my actions.
I am feeling like there is nothing more
important to someone than giving them your time and attention. And sometimes it feels like a
struggle to split my time amongst the many priorities, my family, my business, friends and
colleagues and promoting their businesses, my health and self-care, including time to exercise,
go to church, meditate, you name it.
It all takes time.
I want to avoid feeling guilty for not doing enough for others and myself.
Feeling responsible for others' happiness only exacerbates the situation. I really don't have
an answer to this dilemma just yet. I need a healthy way to think about it.
We all have the same
amount of time. The way I find an answer to most of my questions is to get quiet and pose
the question to the Universe.
So that is exactly what I'll do. Every night before I go to sleep I will ask to be shown how to
find a calm balance in my life, keeping myself happy, and allowing others to find their own
happiness, whatever that looks like.
The main objective is for me to believe in myself and
also hold a high vision of others, something they can live up to. I would love to hear your
