Are You Healing Your Heart?

Angie Monko - Friday, September 27, 2013
As a coach, I resisted the phrase, "It's not your fault," because I truly believe we
are all at choice.  We can choose happiness or suffering.  So why am I bringing
this up?  Because 90% of the time you are bombarded with thoughts from the
subconscious that you're not even aware of. So how can you choose to redirect
thoughts which cause resulting emotions if you aren't even aware of them?
You can't.  That's why I say it's not your fault.

Plus, your subconscious is designed to hide traumatic memories from you so that
you cannot heal them.  Why?  The job of your subconscious mind is to prevent you
from repeating an action that originally resulted in trauma or pain. Example:  You're
5 years old and are excitedly on your way to your little league softball team, and your
friends see you coming quite a distance away.  They are laughing, and you hear one
of the voices rise above the crowd, "Oh look.  It's Johnny!" in a disappointed tone,
"I hope he plays better today and doesn't cause us to lose the game like last time."

Your heart sinks, your smile fades, and you want to turn around and go back home.
You're thinking, "They hate me!  I'm just a loser and I don't fit in with them." Over time,
you forget the incident but it's been imprinted in your cellular memory, and any time you
get put in the situation to be part of a group, your heart aches and you feel sad, but you
have no idea why.  Your subconscious will hide this memory from you because it wants
you to avoid future heart-breaking scenarios like this. But does it really serve you?
Of course not!  It prevents you from taking intelligent risks and developing strong
relationships with others because it doesn't feel safe.

You need to heal this memory so you can move on with your life.  This is actually a very
common example of how the subconscious mind hurts us more than it helps us.
So what can you do about it?  One indication of what is happening in the subconscious
is to know your feelings.  If you feel bad or aren't achieving your goals, you know that
you have a subconscious belief that is hindering you. I suggest various ways to get at
your beliefs and reprogram them, such as with tapping, hypnosis and other subconscious
techniques.

I recently discovered an amazing healing modality, The Healing Code, written by Alexander Loyd.
This Code, a download from God, given to Alexander, doesn't require you to dig too much
into the past.  You can heal at the energetic, cellular level, raising the immunity of your cells.
At the heart of every illness is the belief I'm not lovable.  The Code allows you to heal your
heart issues, your spiritual issues of I'm not good enough and loved enough. It bridges the
gap between science and religion, between the allopathic and the alternative healing models!

There is plenty of science to back up the incredible healing results, and it's not a placebo
because it works on animals and infants. Simply put, when you do the code, you feel loved
and you reduce the stress response of the fight or flight in the body, and this creates healthy,
happy immune cells.  When you feel loved with immune cells, it's easy to love others, and
it's impossible for physical or mental disease to inhabit the body. This is very exciting stuff!

Please check it out if you want to get to the heart of the matter (pun intended).
